1.What is your MOQ?Could I mix styles and colors?

A:For our brand name watches,the MOQ start from 2pcs. For OEM orders,MOQ start from 50pcs per color of each model.

2.Can I get samples before making order?

 A: Yes, we can arrange sample of our stock for you if needed.

3.Can you make customized designs or LOGO?

A:Yes, we can make your customized designs or LOGO.we can make your brand logo on any of our watches.

4.Can you accept sample customization？

A：Yes samples will be kindly arranged for quality check, please contact us for more details.

5.What's the delivery time ?

A: For Rosdn branded items in stock , after you confirm and make payment , 1~2 working days we can delivery. For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 days .

6.What is your packaging? Can I customize the packaging?

A: We have own box packing, paper box, wood box, carbon fiber box etc.   If you want customize order package, MOQ need 500pcs with your logo.

7.How about your products quality?

A: Our main market is mid-to-high-end. The materials used in our products 98% are 316l stainless steel. The production process is also the best in China.And we make 100% QC inspected and 100% waterproof tested.

8.What is your warranty service?

 A: Usually we will have one year warranty service, if it is a long-term cooperation, we will provide long-term warranty service.

9.Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

A: We are a manufacturer and have a factory in Shenzhen Guangdong China.You are always welcome to our factory.
